I work freelance in the following areas:

Exploration, Ideation, Building, Testing

Panel 1

Exploration

User research is a cornerstone in creating value for customers and users. My research can be done as interviews with target groups, observations of work processes and consumer flows, as well as workshops with key user experts such as customer support. My research will typically be documented as user journey maps with key insights on the target groups and their needs. Considering business needs and technical needs or constraints is also a part of the exploration.

Research can be the basis of strategic decisions and it can guide making great products.

I have done exploration work with clients like:
Nordea, Mannaz, Statsforvaltningen, Laerdal Medical and Rudersdal Municipality.

Panel 2

Ideation

Brainstorming and co-creating on as many ideas as possible. Ideas can be on new products or services, or improvement of existing products. This is the part of the process where we make sure that ideas actually fulfill an important customer or business need, and hopefully both. I do ideation on workshops in collaboration with clients. The outcome is high level storyboards that illustrates the point of the selected ideas.

I have done ideation work with clients like:
Nordea, Gentofte municipality, Falck, Laerdal Medical, and Kommunekredit.

Panel 3

Building

I make clickable prototypes on apps, websites and digital tools.

I am experienced in being part of Scrum or similar processes and handing over specifications and user stories to developers. This work is best done by being in the proximity of the development team so that issues and clarifications can be solved on the fly.

A value of having me on the team is my experience in aligning continuously with stakeholders and making sure that business needs and user needs are met during development.

I have done this type of work with clients like:
Maersk, Nets, KMD, Statsforvaltningen and Skatteministeriet.

Panel 4

Testing

User testing can be done either on clickable prototypes, as part of Scrum sprints (early and often) or it can be more formalised setups after releases. The most important thing is, that there should be time to correct errors and iterate on design and functionalities after testing.

I have done testing with clients like:
Intel, B&O, Maersk, Nets, KMD and Erhvervsstyrelsen.
